I use this tincture when I am experiencing menstrual cramps, which are incredibly intense and usually last for 72 hours straight. Nothing over-the-counter helps minimize the pain. I have found complete relief using this tincture, which is amazing to me. So, not only do I get to be pain free, but I also get to sleep at night. I wish I had this product for the last 35 years!
